I do get we are massively short on confidence, I do get we are playing a team full of exceptional quality.....

However.....

....why we stick with a formation that has been totally worked out is beyond me. The overlapping centre backs no longer happens, the midfield does zero, no service into the front two.

Ive got nothing against Hecky, he's done wonders at u23 level, but it feels like 2nd premier league season Wilder mrk2.

We need a clean slate, start again, new manager with no connections to the current team, fresh eyes, fresh mind, fresh feel - if Hecky is number 1 next season I fear the worst.
