In for me
But he better get himself back together again, and quick.

Walking about with a face like a smacked arse because he didn't get everything his own way isn't doing anybody any good, we fans can do that, but he can't.
He's supposed to be the leader, the man leading the outgunned underdogs into battle.

What do the outgunned troops do when their leaders bottle has gone ?

They'll hide in the trench with him, instead of going over the top.

yes hes got to get his mojo back and quick hes certainly earned a crack at redeeming himself next season but he needs to get off to a flyer if were not doing much by the end of october think he could be in trouble big big summer coming up for chris with new recruitment i think at least 6 have to come in but good to hear that hes already identified targets

For a few weeks now, my theory about why Wilder keeps picking Lundstram has been that it helps him to have someone in the public eye whose face is more like a smacked arse than his. (A bit like that short-arse Bob Dylan famously assembling his touring band from the dwarves‘ musicians union).

Before I get piled on for comparing Wilder’s recent fizzogs to a slapped arse, I should say that I’m 100% a “Wilder Inner”.

Lundstram can fuck off, mind.

spot on i echo your thoughts on lundstram hes taken the piss all season yet chris still plays him bit iffy for me and not chris wilder like 🤔

Only my sense of acceptance, I did see a glimmer things had changed but the Fulham game put that to bed.

Is he the right man for the championship? If we get pre-covid Chris back absolutely, otherwise next year could be a struggle

Struggle in what sense? I know people are down about last season but over the weekend I would say to watch a couple of championship games and then tell me you think we will struggle.

I just worry about a hangover from this season flowing over to next season, and it'll only take a couple of defeats for panic to set in

To be fair that is the biggest worry, however it also works the other way a couple of wins and we go again. Keep the faith we have a strong team and should do well next season.

It must’ve been around this time 5 years ago we got played off the park and comfortably beaten by Rochdale and Burton Albion in the space of a few days. Yet some claim this is the worst it’s been in recent memory...

This sounds like the board still need to persuade Wilder not to walk at the end of the season.

If he wants to go then We shouldn’t get down on our knees and persuade him to stay... Just like a player who wants to leave then it’s good bye and thanks for everything.
could be worse might be having a poll on neil thompson in or out 🤣🤣🤣

I’m still ‘In’, but that’s based on the past, I see nothing recently to show that we will be more than mid-table Champ next season.

In because maybe he'll make us good again in the Championship.

It is however annoying how the best side, manager and quality of play that I've seen in my lifetime, along with some of my all time favourite Blades players and favourite manager have turned into this.

All the work we put into it and we peaked with a mid table Premier League finish.

It was good though while it lasted, I suppose we are only Sheffield United and we shouldn't hope or expect for much more.

Wilders definatley not the same we lack in so many areas even without JOC Berge etc

What a negative quote about our club. “We are only Sheffield United” do you think Burnley fans say that? No. What a nonsense comment, absolutely illogical and negative.

We are only Sheffield United, we can't possibly expect to go toe to toe with clubs like Burnley, Brighton, Palace, Fulham etc. We should be happy that we even lasted a season with the big boys.

I’ve just seen you say on Shoutbox that you didn’t even watch the game. But straight on the forum after the game to make sarcastic comments about the blades. Another so called supporter we would be better off without.
