Realistically he has got 3-5 months at the start of next season to turn around this awful drop off in performance levels.

If we are not in touching distance come Xmas, or there are other compelling reasons to be optimistic that the turn around has started by then, he is toast, or at least should be.

This can not continue indefinitely or our slide back down the divisions will be as spectacular as the rise that preceded it !!
