I made a comment about Doyle's suitability on another thread and I'm not solely blaming the players just as I'm not solely blaming David weir.

What I would say is that some of those players that are earning substantially more than most folk earn should get out of their prams and pick up their teddies and knuckle down and take responsibility.

Or they should resign like normal people do when they aren't happy with their work situation.
