Think Erik Tonne scored for us in one of his few outings under Danny Wilson. He then disappeared very quickly.
Ah yes, I think I saw him score for us, thinking about it.

I am completely calm. And I know you said "if it is indeed that" .. but you used it to suggest we needed to fix our transfer policy. If it actually didn't exist, there would be no need.
FWIW, I'm all for positive discrimination. And as a white male I'm well aware of my privilege. But while it's something we must always have in mind, I think you're barking up the wrong tree here. Off the top of my head Wilder has fairly recently tried to sign Devante Cole, Britt Assombalonga, Jerome Sinclair and Domingos Quina. All just haven't gone through. The issue with diversity arises when people don't get the opportunities, whether conscious or not (I think, e.g., that the Rooney Rule is very good). It's my strong opinion that Wilder gives everyone the same opportunity, save for our seeming lack of a foreign scouting network meaning we're more reliant on players plying their trade in the UK. And that latter point I'm sure will be fixed.
There's something not quite right about the comments on this and other threads on this subject. We're an above average Championship side at the moment, not Champions league contenders, so any "positives" arising from United's policy, if it is indeed that, are a figment of the imagination. Personally I find it worrying and the departure of Leon leaves us with Goldy as our token contribution to diversity. Whilst some view our present situation as fucking marvellous, I think it sucks really and it needs a root and branch review.
Being promoted, then third in the league despite spending a fraction of our rivals?Either way, the outcome is what we have now, policy or not. So it still needs looking at.
And Hogan is from Manchester.
I'm just going on the country they represent.
Is Lavery Canadian or Northen Irish?
On another note, were you at The Streets gig the other night by any chance?
Erm.. stalker alert. How'd you know that?
Mate, I've no idea what you look like. You have Streets lyrics under your name...
