Me too...but the pigs are frightened to death we may, just may,get back to back promotions.
Their spiteful comments are already biting them on the arse,in their " Arrr, but wait till you play/ while wolves beat,/while Cardiff play/ you play us" world....

We've taken the taunts and "facts" and shoved em so far down their fuckin throats, they don't now know how to respond.......
Long may it continue.

They will be on rinse and repeat because when we hit a bump in the road, they will claim to have been "right all along".

Perhaps they need to stop gloating, and start to focus more on the fact that their club is imploding. A badge that looks like it was designed in Infant School, a sub standard self manufacured shirt, companies whose existence is questionable, I could go on.

So yeah, let them keep taking a pop. I don't really care what they think, let's just enjoy the ride and what will be will be. It's a great time to be a Blade, one of the greatest I can remember.

Odd thing to say in the OP, I don't think anybody thinks it, even city fans in the premier don't say it, strange very strange

If we are still in the top 2 come January then I have no doubt Wilder will lead us to the promised land. The toughest months are yet to come. However, as mentioned previously, this benefits our team of hard working professionals against the highly-paid foreign imports of Cardiff and Wolves.

Going away to the likes of Leeds, Norwich and Derby is nothing on the away days at Rochdale, Fleetwood, Walsall etc.

Everything points to a promotion push, however I will reserve my excitement until later in the season.

I know it's exciting times but don't get carried away , some folk are getting cock sure and it's the wrong thing to do , there's a lot of football to be played yet , we don't what to be left with egg on our faces do we!

I think it's called "premature ejaculation"

One game at a time please

We are all just happy to be where we are
What’s making it sweeter was the shite coming out of the pigs , snouts
You get nowhere with Pashun
You have to spend millions ( no seriously stop laughing) to achieve anything
Your going straight back down with less pints than toy town
Not one of your players would get in our team ( quieter down I’m being serious)
You’ll be found out in this league ( we may still be )?
The pigs bigged themselves to such an extent and this is what we find hilarious
Top two for us they said nothing to fear in this league for our massive ( only in the pay packets Players )
We will go on a bad run every team does
And when it happens, we’ll just be happy at what we’ve achieved so far this season
Bouncing Day massacre ,
Beating the dirties away
Everything in between has and will be a bonus
Promotion let’s talk about , if we get
To 4 points in front with a game to go

We have won 10 games out of 14. We are playing attractive attacking football which the other teams do not appear to be able to cope with. The players so far have been playing out of their skin. We have cover in most positions except maybe up front which we should be able to remedy in January. The remaining teams in the league with 1 or 2 exceptions have been underwhelming. Some of them have been fucking shite.

Based on the above, the probability of us going up is very high at the moment. What the fuck is wrong with that?

Change a few words, it's Sumat I'd say to my brothers...... " if you wait long enough, someone will give you/ buy you a ticket for Hillsborough,so you can actually see your team play"

On the back of the last decade of pretty depressing times and not much to enjoy or be happy about (apart from last season) and now to be in this position playing quality football like everyone, enjoy the moment.
We possibly might run out of steam and drop down to mid table, who knows, but at the moment its a great time to support United, we live in hope and maybe for once luck and fortune may be with us
Winning away at Leeds and Owls in the space of a month has been amazing and put a smile on every ones face, we are in the national news and people at work are talking about United and what's going on, how can it happen without spending any money, just amazing and long may it continue

I do think that we have every chance of promotion the way things are going but I won't be disappointed if we don't as,come what may, this season ,like the last,is just full of joy.The style of football and the commitment of the players is better than at any time that I have been watching the Blades. And that started in 1961.

When we're struggling some folks think we're going down, when we're doing well some folks thing we're going up. When we're somewhere in between some folks think we aren't going to go up and could still go down. Funny old world really!

I think we're promotion contenders and will finish in the top 6. Almost a third of the way through the season and we're going to have to suddenly start and continue performing totally different to what we have done over the last 50 or matches if we are to have any chance of avoiding the top 6. I don't think we're capable of that, which is why I think top 6 is inevitable. That should be good news I hope - but I do appreciate not everyone wants us to be in the Premiership and hold on to our best players and manager and see the world's greatest footballers down at the Lane every other week.

Oh, the grand old Duke of Wilder,
He had twenty thousand men,
He marched them up to the top of
Everyone stands up
The hill and he marched
Them down again. Everyone sits down

And when they were up they were up.
Everyone stands up
And when they were down they were down.
Everyone sits down
And when they were only half way up,
They were neither up nor down.

Hope that clarifies the situation....:rolleyes::tumbleweed:

Better to have egged and lost than never to have egged at all.

The great thing about this season is that going up would be great, but not going up is OK anyway.

After the last 6 seasons of dreading another failure I'm happy just feeling happy.

The Magic is Back

Has tha been ont beetroot wine again Wavy lad? I genuinely don’t know anybody who’s getting carried away, unless by that you mean them getting so pissed celebrating they couldn’t walk. ;)

I've not seen anyone say we are going up personally

The only person I’ve seen having the level of stupidity to suggest his club will definitely get promoted this season is........ Carlos. We are hopefully a more down to earth bunch.

My scouse mates keep asking if I think we're going up?. I just reply by saying that I take it one game at a time but it's a bloody fantastic ride at the moment. In wilder we trust.

Let us get enough points to avoid relegation first and go from there. Certainly still don;t feel we're anywhere near guaranteed anything. There's a long way to go. Including a transfer window to endure.
