Barring last summer, I would say our recruitment is really good within the academy set up. Not sure if its the same people but buying or signing players like Baptiste, Curtis, McGlinchey and before that Peck seems to show they have a good eye for that level.

They just seem to go missing when it comes to the starting 11.

Makes you question what the academy do differently. Do the recruitment team get involved or is Del Geary left to run it?

A thread of hot air IMO.

It's pointing to sanctions from the EFL etc. Which probably means a points deduction and possible transfer restrictions. Why spend money on fees and wages if you sense it will ultimately have little impact on your end of season position?

Since turning 65 I don't buy new stuff, unlikely to get full use out of it, neither do I buy long playing records

The club won’t face sanctions, sporting or otherwise, because SUFC Ltd hasn’t breached any sporting regulations.

The only people telling us it will are the people owed £35m by 1919, who are hardly an impartial party.
