A good call on Football Heaven last night (24m 23s to 26m 45s) from 'Trevor' re. Shred's funeral yesterday.
It's well worth a listen for its sentiment and also for the sheer hopelessness of Radio Sheffield. This was the third call - the other 24+ minutes was filled with the usual local radio bullshit filler -
'Here is the news', 'Here is the local news', 'here is the local weather even though we've just done the national weather', 'here's a traffic update - a crisp packet has just blown across Penistone Road.' etc. etc.
Also worth a listen is Chris (almost certainly from Barnsley) at 17m 54s.
