I respectfully disagree.

Teams are often faced with the option to “push a bad position” when possession naturally turns over in any event. The conditions to transition are sub optimal. Happens dozens of times every game.

In such circumstances, my opinion is that it’s better not to continue pushing the bad position (going down blocked alleys), turn out, go back and recycle.

Interesting that of the team we were promoted with the only new players are Ramsdale, Ampadu (loan) & Bogle. We’ve clearly wasted a lot of money to say we’ve spent over £100m

We just need to be more creative going forward. I don’t feel like Sharp will score from open play in this league at the moment. The creativity rests on McGoldrick which is hard for him.

When we have time to play we make so many errors and labour on the ball. Going to have to work out how to break teams down quickly, because next a few teams will sit in.
