You’re going to be disappointed because you don’t appear to understand the type of player he is or his role in the team. But that’s fine, because it’s clear from comments on this & other threads that most people do understand it.

I don't appear to understand the type of player he is, so what is this type of player that we've seen in the first 4 games of his Sheff Utd career?

Just to add, I'm in no way writing him off, I'm expressing my (foolish) opinion that I've not been impressed with him so far.
There's a LOT of room for improvement, so hopefully things do indeed improve.

Moore has done okay so far. Nothing more, nothing less.

I think we can all agree that we haven't seen the best of him yet.

The unavoidable problem is that he's going to become an easy target for criticism when things don't go our way.

Wilder and the powers that be have already put unnecessary pressure on him by not signing another striker.

I doubt he is going to improve himself at 32 but what could improve is the players around him learning how best to utilise his strengths and both he & his teammates gelling & adapting to the new shape.
There is something not quite right in our play in the final third and unfortunately for him being the big guy he is the one who gets the blame.
4231 & wingers is quite a departure for Wilder and it needs more work to be fluid and produce more chances.

I think Moore is under less pressure, not more, coz there's no challenge to his place in the team.

Only when available though which I'd imagine was 50% of his time here at best...

I do think that Mcburnie was slightly better than Moore but that's my opinion as a fan. Everyone has got an opinion and allowed it if you voice it the right way.

I don't think there would be much in it comparing stats over the last 18 month if you did it thoroughly as an analyst - if anything i think it may show Moore to be better than Mcburnie due to the amount of injuries Mcburnie had.

Ultimately bigger picture side of things if you were to honestly ask the staff i don't think his amount of goals will worry them as he is seen as part of a front 4 and not a lone striker, providing the front 4 gets enough through the season over all fixtures and that means that Moore only gets 12 of the goals himself it will still be seen as a success.

Its evidently clear we have a massive expectation on Hamer, O'Hare, Brooks and Rak-Sakyi to all score goals from our fluid mentality. This is something we haven't had for a few seasons and have relied on strikers such as Mcburnie, Archer, Sharp, Brewster etc. Having blaster and souza holding and going 4 at the back frees up the additional body behind a striker to do this where as before the extra body was a defender in a 5.

I'm enjoying it again but what i will say is because we play with such energy and effort from kick off which has been the best part to date ..............we look F***ed on 65 minutes - unless there is a plan for this to change we really need to be making 2-3 subs early doors or were going to lose points late on in matches!
