This tactic wrecks my head,we've never scored from one and yet everytime we get a throw on the left near the penalty area and alot of time's on the right we use it and inevitably the other team get possession back from us being in a good attacking position
With our cb massively out of position

Anyone else get really frustrated with Burrows tonight? Looked like he couldn't be arsed half the time and had so much green grass in front of him... does he use it? Does he hell! Instead he persists on crossing the ball early to outside the box, rather than in the box!
He was poor tonight, another one who should have been rested tonight

That’s because he’s the most one footed player I’ve seen in many a season at the Lane. He’s so afraid to actually attack with his right foot that he has to play the ball inside to midfield. Apart from a purple patch mid season he’s been poor, in my opinion.
No he hasn't, for his first championship season he's been pretty good

Did anybody not expect Wilder to resort to type and let his bottom lip start to wobble? I’d expect him to have even a little touch of humility. A £4 million payoff the first time, rescued him last season from the scrap heap and he starts slagging off the fans. I’ve come to the conclusion tonight that’s he a bit thick but with a massive ego / chip on his shoulder. To be honest I’ve been bored shitless the vast majority of this season. What is our style? When will he come to the conclusion that Robinson costs us 7-10 goals every season? Talk about stubborn, he makes Donald Trump look like the Dalai Lama. If we don’t go up he needs to go, it’s not going to get any better.

I think the stats will show that Burrows was heavily involved with most things. The problem is though he runs down the left, passes it to Hamer, keeps going but Hamer turns inside on his right foot. Got to be dispiriting.

Which IMO has been the case for most of the season. Is it just a coincidence that these shit results have coincided with O’ Hare not starting as well?
I think he's starting his impact subs and bringing on players he should be starting.

They’d be brilliant long throws if we had a fucking Giraffe up front. Every one starts at nine feet high in the air and rises to twelve feet when it’s going toward the far corner flag. Tedious to say the least, a cop out by the clueless coaching staff at worst.

Millwall are being physical, we’re winning nothing in the air up front so we bring on scared rabbit sakyi and wet leaf cannon while we have a giant on the bench. Tactical genius. Coolblade said Cannon touched the ball 3 times in his stint v Oxford - he probably beat that tonight. When you lose 2 games in a few days to sides who wouldn’t get a player near our team there’s only one direction to look - oh yes it was the “punters” to blame - silly me!!

Absolutely a bottle job. Burnley draw which helps little bit.

Again you overlook other aspects and it was clearly Cooper’s error.

Coopers error!!?? What are you smoking it was blasted from 8 yards out he had no chance ... Watch the full clip of the goal Brewster is basically walking, whilst a man is free in the middle of the pitch.... O'hare stops that goal

Tonight had similarities to the Oxford 2nd half.
We did plenty of attacking but with both Oxford and Millwall defending a lead…we found it tough to break through a packed defence.
We created a few chances and were a little unlucky but credit to Oxford and Millwall for showing superb character and defending so well.

Positives: Peck, Holding looked good (again)
Negatives: Rak Sakyi missed some chances and looked rusty. Thought Robinson looked panicky.
Probably Chris Wilder, we seemed to get worse after he made the substitutions
Also we put in loads of crosses and had loads of corners but it was a waste of time, surely Wilder would realise there’s little point crossing it.

We should have had a penalty, it was quite weird how Millwall used tactics to block and hold our players.
It’s nice for a ref to let the game flow but that ref was pretty extreme allowing loads of rough play and he rarely dished out a yellow.

He also put in what should have been an assist with the free kick BBD headed, couldn’t have asked for a better ball and - without seeing any replays - I’d suggest should have scored.

He had no support at all down the left hand side.
Hamer floats into his natural position, I.e. central midfield and the strikers I.e. cannon and Campbell never make runs for him

But when Hamer released Burrows, great centre from him, Rak Sakyi missed a great chance.

'The King' is feeling the heat. So blame those who work for a living.

although I was frustrated by his end product most of the match, Burrows had most crosses (11 with 3 accurate) as well as 3 key passes, and second most defensive contributions with 6. Seriki got into some good positions, and attempted 6 crosses, but none accurate. He also made just 2 successful defensive contributions. Time for a rest?
And they do. Most crosses. Most accurate crosses. Most key passes.

And this is with only one up top, which doesn't benefit either fullback.

Don’t have a problem with Hamer drifting in to No.10 but put BBD on the left where he’s always played for us so effectively.

Pu simply there’s 2 🟥 in 🔴 holes currently

How did Millwall get the ball in the middle of our half ? Cooper’s error in delaying the clearance.
I was not suggesting he should have saved the shot !!

There is a good 40 seconds of playing after that and we have 10 men goal side... Harsh to blame cooper when you've got the likes of Brewster walking about in midfield instead of running

Shame we are on poor form going into the playoffs 😕 moral will be low,
I just don't think we are ready for the premiership. Imagine this team in the Premier league 😳 cannon fodder.

Sorry to break it to you but that is true of 24/24 teams in this league. On that basis I'd rather it was us that got the 100m rather than had to compete with 3 teams coming down in Y1 of parachute payments.
