I was happy with first half performance, there was commitment, some decent play and we offered a threat, I should’ve turned it off then. The second half is horrific, the midfield has disappeared again

got to question the thought process for putting jags on.

we be doing better if we put him in fucking goals.
Its bizarre, I'm struggling with Wilder now. I could weep at the money hes pissed away on players who are worse than we had. A bladie blade goalie signing, 20 million on a kid striker who had never played a premiership game, a sprinter who's good at running but not good at football and 2 young defenders who we didnt need and dont seem anywhere near the standard needed. Its an horrendous use of funds.

By playing the slowest man in the premier league possibly against the fastest forward line...

It was just never ever going to work. I guess he wanted some height but Jesus Christ. It was the wrong decision all day long
Precisely. Not like we didn’t know this either...

Shipped 6 goals against the bastards last season with Jags in defence. Jags vs a team with target men strikers, sure, but ffs don’t play him against the Rashfords Martials etc

We are lambs to Slaughter. So predictable.

First 10mins fine, you feel like this is the game we're show our old selves again and kick start our season then we slip into a footballing coma for the rest of the game, roll over and have our bellies tickled.

It's so frustrating.

Glad Egan blocked that...would have been painful.

We aren't even trying to keep possession, just hoofing into the channels and hoping.

You gonn defend him spilling their 3rd as well?
No. He was at fault for that. It's just I'm not one of those nobheads who blames certain players for anything...only immature bullies do that...and ironically, given your initial post which sparked my reply, bullies are cowards

Ironic thing is we’ve gone ahead v Man Utd Chelsea & Liverpool. If we actually did that against Weat Brom, Fulham & Leeds we may have had a few more points.

I’d be here all day trying to sum this match/season up. One word. Painful.

Playing like they’re already down mathematically. It’s absolutely dreadful. Not even Sunday’s game could shame them into putting in a shift or playing with a bit of heart and endeavour.

I'm not bullying him, I'm stating the obvious. I'd have loved the lad to have done well upon his return to us but unfortunately he's nowhere near premier league standard. And the same goes for pretty much our entire squad
