That team hasn't made me want to watch the match, infact, I'm not sure if I'm bothered now!
Was hoping for a couple of the younger players on the pitch, Brewster and Burke with Didzy at 10 and a back 4 would've been nice........ oh well, here we go again!

Most obvious lineups in the world for both teams. No pace anywhere for us. Oh well.

If I, just for bants, picked a team of players who should NOT be playing again the Champions of England, it would look a lot like that!

Ramsdale, Ampadu, Jagielka, Bryan, Stevens, Lundstram, Norwood, McBurnie all not good enough or horribly out of form. Haven't said that about so many Blades players since the Adkins days.

Burke would have been better than McBurnie. McBurnie plays we play awful, simple as.

Largely true, but there are so few options for the defence. I think we are crying out for sticking McG behind 2 strikers but i don't see that CW is neglecting other options apart from that - feel free to point them out if i've missed something (and "play the kids" doesn't count)

The back 3 and Ramsdale I will concede little choice with due to injuries. But how Stevens who hasn't performed for so long now, and mcB who offers nowt up top still start is mind-blowing. Osborn and Burke must feel like they will never get a decent run of playing time

Oh, and Burke should definitely be one of those strikers IMO.

Fair enough, Osborn or even Lowe could start in place of Enda

Yeah I wasn't blaming Wilder for all of that lot. Just pointing out it's a team riddled with players who shouldn't be in there.

There are 2 or 3 though that are questionable decisions by the manager.

We must have the most stubborn manager in history. Really questioning Wilder at the moment, he seems to made bad decision after bad decision this season. Feeling very lost and deflated about the Blades at the moment.

7 strikers in the squad only two on the pitch. With a dysfunctional midfield our squad is almost begging to find a way to play more than two in the starting 11. McGoldrick/McBurnie Playing deeper as 10’s behind pace like Burke just as one example, I can’t see why that would be so detrimental out of possession that we have to force this flat 3 that includes Lundstram who’s definitely not part of our future.

So what line up would you have picked?

Not quite sure what other options there are apart from may be a switch around up top.

Quite disappointed with the line-up, the way interviews had been done this week it seemed like we's be going with a different way of playing, formation, couple of youngsters, etc... bit flat that we are left with the same line-up as normal.

Im always optomistic, never give up on anything, but given we really are as good as relegated I was hoping for a bit of change to bring a bit of light back in to a dull season rubbish season.

Lets see what the game brings, hopefully not the status quo.
