On paper this is an absolute barnstormer. The 2 best sides in the division, under the lights, with a bit of Yorkshire rivalry thrown in. Can we beat them? Absolutely yes. If we play like we can (but sadly don't that often) then we can match them all over the pitch and win the game.

I think it will be cagey. They're coming for 3 points, but they'll not want to leave space for us to exploit like they might risk against lesser sides. Can see it being 0-0 going into the last half hour before both sides take the brakes off a bit and go for it. I think they're probably more dangerous going forward than we are, but we've got a solid defence and we've also got the best keeper in the league, whereas Meslier is prone to the odd Beadle-esque wobble.

A few of my favourite ever games are against this lot. The famous Jags screamer, the other (often forgotten) cup game that season, and of course the utter joy of seeing us spank them 4-0 at Elland Road. Hoping Monday night is another classic.

If hamer plays and thats a big if,weve got a good chance of winning, without hamer i would not be confident. Id like to see peck ,souza , davies ,jrs and ohare in the middle , the more possesion we have the greater our chance, campbell up top for pace against there back line. Hoping for a win but any result keeps our season running better than anyone would have thought.

I think Leeds will come out of the traps fast and try and blow us away and get the game won in the first half

If we are still in the game on the hour mark hopefully we can pull something off like the Sunderland home game.

But under illusions this is going to be very very tough (especially without Hamer)

We will have to be at our best and need some luck.

A really positive approach rather than paying too much respect again may catch them out. It will certainly get the crowd up for it.

And with our goal difference v that of dirties and Burnley another half a dozen deficit won’t make any odds if this doesn’t work out!

if true, I would have thought BBD or Brewster would play instead (unless he plays Peck there in order to play HC and VS in front of the back 4

I don't know by the way, as I have no knowledge of what is and isn't possible after an injury.

I'm very pessimistic about this one and expect a defeat. We've lacked consistency all season and have never really clicked and got going despite the ground out results. We've recently been outplayed by teams at the bottom of the table and fluked undeserved wins against them and the Middlesbrough game is looking like yet another false dawn, much like the Bristol City and Norwich games, these being the only three games that we've played well in for the entire game ALL season.

Who knows. Maybe we'll fluke an undeserved win against Leeds.

Maybe we'll click and beat them like we did 'Boro.

Maybe we'll click but end up losing having played well all game.

Or maybe we'll put in another lacklustre performance and Leeds will rip us a new one.

I'd love to be optimistic going into this but there's been no indication recently that we wil play well. We are so inconsistent it's not even funny and Wilder's constant square pegs into round holes doesn't help. The fact we are top two going into this only highlights how poor this division really as opposed to how good we are, and only further highlights the huge gap in quality between the Championship and Premier League.

Don't get me wrong, I would love us to win tonight as I despise Leeds, but I just don't see it happening unless by some miracle we find another 'Boro performance.

My worry for tonight,and most games this season are our performances.
We regularly seem to be pretty average and yet win, I know some will say what's wrong with that? but confidence about the next game for me comes from how we've been playing irrespective of results, funny thing was after a run of poor performances we went and played well and comfortably beat Middlesbrough, going to be a nervy game tonight I reckon, fingers crossed
