Peck has been decent but I can’t help but think Hamer is needed more.

Even without changes I’d be tempted to get Hamer central.

That could be Peck or O’Hare on the left.

Obvious move is Brooks on for someone but either way, Hamer central.

Moore is a real enigma.

He gets into some very good positions, so his reading of the game is very good.

But then he often either gets a nose bleed or he just chooses the wrong option.

Hopefully it comes good for him. He puts the effort in, no doubt, so I hope a bit of fortune comes his way.

The positives are we’ve been in full control with the defence looking comfortable.

The negatives are Derby are defending deep and compact not taking any chances, so we don’t look like scoring.

Warne will be the happier of the 2 managers. Also it’s noticeable that we’re missing Arblaster because he is great at linking defence to midfield. He’d drop deep and show for the ball when our defenders have it. Where as Peck is more static waiting for the ball to come to him around the centre circle area.

A little lack lustre up front but some decent performances out there.

Peck, Souttar, Anel, Hamer all played well.

Ohare and Moore were both disappointing, i wouldn’t be sad if both got benched next game, and Rak Saki, in favour of Brooks, Brewster & Campbell as long as he’s fit.

We’ve played better but another 3 points and fairly comfortable all afternoon.

The way Brooks, Seriki and Peck combined down that right hand side for us in the final 30 minutes, they took over the game. So impressive, smart, strong, skilful young players, less than 40 appearances between them.
