I'm a big fan of Osborn but RWB is his worst position. Every time he gets down the wing he has to cut back onto his left and it spoils the momentum. Baldock not even on the bench - is he injured?

As I said elsewhere though, if we had an ounce of flexibility we could switch to a back 4. But these players shit themselves when they don't have the comfort blanket of a system they've rigidly stuck to for 5 or 6 years

That takes time though. Can't just change. Needs to be trained and extensively given the years of the same system. I doubt we could do it with this team. Look at Slav's teams. Ndiaye and MGW were good in it, the rest were not. Simply not got the players to do it, imo.

It takes years with these players. New ones, not so much, but we're stuck with what we've got. And any manager who did it would last less time than Slav because our fans demand Wilderball.

Simple you have two right footed players in Basham and Uremovic who could both play there. And there both defenders. We know Basham can get forward

I’ve never been a fan of Egan personally but this season he’s been shocking for me, 1 on 1 he’s really poor and the ball over the top is so easy for players against him.
