Seriki

I’m an orthopaedic surgeon. Just based on how he appeared as he stood up after injury. Obviously would need clinical examination and X-rays !! Worst outcome would be clavicle fracture as 6-8 weeks to heal however treated. Shoulder dislocation would need to be popped back in and a few weeks out. AC joint dislocation depends on severity of injury as to how treated.
Give him some paracetamol and a double dose of ibuprofen and he'll be fine for tomorrow evening.

Ignoring CaptainMorgans usual take on things, this is good news - Seriki was never going to play at Ashton Gate even if fully fit, and if we have the option of him being on from the bench for the second leg, then it's all good. The perfect scenario obviously is not needing him at all, and have him fit and firing for a full 90 mins Wembley.

There's a fair body of evidence to suggest Wilder can be economical with the truth when it comes to injuries..
Of course, it's completely up to you if you choose to always believe what he says regardless of that.

For what it's worth, I doubt he's telling an outright whopper, and I suspect he'll be back for the Final (should we make it).

As you say, great news though. I think he provides a real point of difference and provides balance to our attacks which otherwise tend to go through Hamer on the left.

Though after an injury like that, anyone is going to be nervous about causing further damage/reccurance
and not possibly giving 100%.
