ooohhhhh got it all planned out for times too!

on how many secconds????

you at the game today GCB?

haha that was the game at work:D
i'll say on 42, 12 and 34 seconds;)

I'm not off to Scunny though, when dad decided that he'd take me they'd sold out...then they released extra the monday after!

Come On Blades!

Just woke up with biggest hangover i have ever had!

Gonna be a long day

Up The Blades!

well, it was utter shit. Ill go on again about the defence, its not good enough. let 2 sloppy goals in and have been since the start of the season. robson is thick as shit if he cant see we need another defender or 2.

No midfield today, armstrong poor, again. Tonge did f/a. Cant blame the strikers, all the service they got was just a hoof up to them.

Webber first name on team sheet next week.

We got sucked into there game of hoofball, and its down to robson to talk them out of it and into our passing game. but just standing silent on the toutchline, turned it into a performance worse than warnock could conjure up.

I hope it picks up of we will be wanting a new manager at crimbo.

WANK the two goalsmasked possinly the worst blades performance ive ever seen.

Robbo said in his post match interview that he could not persuade his targets to drop down.

My problem with this is that surely he could have found this fact out and moved on to more realistic targets in a matter of minutes.

Part of the remit when appointing our new manager should have been to sort to damn midfield out and yet it has once again not been sufficiently addressed.

We now need to use the loan market effectively but i am not holding my breath.

I think we thought we just had to turn up to win and it cost us. Improvement needed in defence and midfield.

We played for 10 minutes and scored 2 goals, shows you how good we can be if we actually play.

the seccond goal of theres, not even school boys would make that mistake. the rolled out the red carpet and brought out the marching band to welcome him in.

Kenny had no chance on all 3. Last goal, terrible marking.

one of the worst performances ive seen in a long time.

Why oh why can we not just pass the ball around and forget about the opposition

I think Robson wont get that long if performances dont improve

Problem being, if they aren't dropping down, where do we get them from?

Can't think of many in this division that would improve us. Certainly who clubs would sell.

What about Webber as the attacking midfielder

When he gets the ball to feet he can open things up- beat the man etc

Hopefully David Carney will be match fit and may come into the midfield

4-4-2 webber and monty in the centre of midfield

I too cannot think of many players outside of the premiership that would improve us, but i am confident that if it were my job to find such players i could do so.

Hopefully when Hendrie and Carney get back we will see some creative improvement, Hendrie certainly impressed at Stoke last year.

Now the windows shut, the players that arent playing regulary can possibly join with us on loan?

IE Campo, (not looked to see if he played today) But if hes not playing at Bolton could he possibly be tempted for 1st team football on loan?

ive decided thats final straw only 4 games in i know but after todays ABYSMAL performance i refuse to put any more money into united until we start palying better.

Agree with keenzy about mifield

I am not a fan of tonge he is very lightweight can not go hard into a tackle, can not a head a ball and didnt look interested at all

but to be fair i dont think scunny played much long ball i think they passed the ball well at times, certainly more than we did

Kilgallon always has a good 60 minutes. He does however team that with half an hour of Keystone Kops comedy defending that a ten year old would do better than. Pathetic to say the least.

On a lighter note, wasn't it nice of the Football League to let Frankie Dettori referee the match.

 Are you taking the piss?

Monty? STILL? Webber?

Did you see Montys passing, it was embarrasing, he isnt, and never has been, or ever will be, good enough. Webber in Central Mid? Jesus christ! People say Tonge is too weak, so webber?

There were all bloody terrible, but Monty, Killa, Keef and Bromby are the 4 main players who need to be dropped.

One thing you cant say about me is that Im consistent, Im not like Tino who only goes on about Tonge when we lose, Ive always said the same about Monty, although I think the chants about him are uncalled for.

Webber and Monty centre mid? :D C'mon.

Carney - Tonge - Fahti? - Hendrie

Id say thats the best chance we have at the moment of doing something.

How many times did Monty misplace passes on Saturday? The only times I can think of are when he'd done somebody elses job of getting the ball back (in a nearly right back position) before being totally crowded out with nobody in space for him to pass to.

He did far far more than Tonge who had a poor game along with many others. I'm not surprised the poor sod ends up losing the ball anyway, he must be a nervous wreck. He gets booed and slagged off before he's even kicked a ball and when he does, his decent passes are ignored and anything construed as a mistake is met with a song about him having the touch of a rapist. Very encouraging.

Webber is the same at the moment, scores two goals in ten mins, you know effectively doing the job he's paid to do, and I still hear people slagging him off and saying he should never play for us again. In contrast, Billy Sharp fetches a ball thats gone out and everyone sings his name!

It really would help if people would give all players a chance, getting on their back before we've even kicked off helps nothing!

Happy days.

Wish I'd have been there, but hey was not to be. Let's face it though, our start has not been good enough, but I am confident that the results will start to come. Until we get a better player than monty for that holding position, I can not see why we should be dropping him.

Foxy, you went. Did you not see the 2 twenty yard passes he attempted to do in the first half? Both went straight out of play, he did far far more than Tonge? Dont be daft, they were both bloody awful, the whole side was awful.

Monty gets stick because he cant pass a football 5 yards to his teamates.

The song is very harsh I agree, but a football player who cant pass a football just isnt good enough.
