Scary that Tom Cannon....

cost more than Oxford's entire squad... Yet plays like he couldn't get in their team
He'd probably do alright in their team, but then again he might not, if he didn't fit into Oxfords style of play they and no other club, except one would have fucking bought him

It was so bleeding obvious when we signed him he’d be shite.

It’s an occurring theme with Wilder. He has literally wasted millions upon millions buying overpriced British players.

Until he fooks off and we get a modern day manager we will be forever a disappointment.

A disappointment in 2nd spot on minus 2. Are you for real. What about all the players he's got right? Honestly what do you want?!

Yet he’s also signed a load of players that have been some of our hero’s over the last few years & most of the current crop who aren’t doing too bad either.

I can’t think of a manager who’s put better squads together than Wilder in recent history.

Moore I was expecting so much from this season, minus the Cardiff game he’s flattered to deceive. Cannon a bit too early to judge but needs a massive up turn even if he’s just coming on last 15 mins.

I’m only talking about him wasting money.

To reply to your question:
We are 2nd as we have some great players. We could have been 10 pts clear if he wasn’t so shite with his tactics.
He does have a point

Can understand the early concerns but we just need patience on Cannon because he’s hardly played yet.

We gave Brewster 4 years to look average/ decent.
Think we should give Cannon 2 years…..then see where we stand.

However as mentioned Campbell looked unfit for 3 or 4 games but now he looks a class act.
He makes clever runs behind the defense but is reliant on clever passes from the likes of Hamer, Brewster and `O’Hare.
Cannon isn’t on the same wave length but allow him a good Summer pre-season, then he has no excuses.

I get he's underperformed quite abit so far but should he really be hated more than Trump amongst the LGBTQ+ community?

With a proper manager we would never loose a game of football ever again. 🤔
Mmmm. Wouldn’t that be awesome.

It’s not about losing. It’s about the turgid displays we put on. Oxford players were not that good. We were worse. Seen it all season. Strange terrible displays of football and the odd awesome game.

I thought when he signed he'd score no more than 2 goals

If he manages 2 that will be a total miracle

Only we'd sign a 'long term project', for 10m, in January when we need players now for a promotion push, who offers no pace, strength, height or skill

A player you fork out that money for in this league should be noticeable. But he couldn't be any more invisible

Even an extremely mediocre spend of that amount would have given us a much better chance of promotion. Hats off to all involved 🎩
