I was talking about grown-up players with experience and track-records proving their quality - not 3 kids who've either not played at Championship level or hardly at all.

It does sound a bit odd for this one. Its most likely in the players best interests to go as well as the clubs, but we shouldn't be having this issue, we've had all summer to bring players in

I think it's more the fact that if they let him leave before someone is brought in. They would get absolutely hammered by the fans. And probably piss Selles off even more.

Come on United. Pull your fucking fingers out and get some transfers done.

I see that but its also a problem of the clubs making, RND after last seasons performances was not good enough.

Its been 10 days since that Bristol City game, we haven't got anyone in, we need to move

Luke this is what is absolutely laughable. If a couple of months ago someone had said we had sides like Wrexham and QPR willing to pay money to sign Moore, Robinson and RND every single one of us would have been starting our cars up.

Now we are having to keep them because we haven't brought anyone in. I believe RND is under contract to 2027, hes clearly not good enough and is injury prone yet we can't let him go!!!

I think we’re all on the same wavelength here. I’ve sat there and been supportive of departures and rumoured departures. How naive of me to think we’d be bringing in replacements for them, let alone improvements on them. It has been complete and utter amateur hour, totally exposing the current ownership group as being massively out of their depth. It’s felt like we were taken over by a group of guys who had experienced success to varying degrees and thought they’d be the smartest guys in the room as a result. They just look like a bunch of feckless idiots.

Said it many times before over the past 5 years and nothing has changed since i first said it.

The most important signing we need is a DoF. Until we get one of those, we'll fumble in the dark like a blind paedophile at a girl guides camp and miss out on all the potential action.

Totally disagree.

A DOF could cause even more indecision with to many opinions getting in the way of making a decision.

I think it would remove the potential for indecision. Once the DoF has agreed the short, medium and long term strategies with the board they should then be left to deliver.
 

i don't get this move on QPR part. because as i was saying to mate who supports Rotherham. how he was terrible v cardiff in fa cup 3rd round. i wouldnt think he was even at Rotherhams level

i was so sad to see him be that v Bristol city. as he was arguably ours & Wales best defender at the time of the injury
 
Been with us for 8 years and looked great on spells, it's a shame injuries stopped him from reaching his full potential with us. He never looked the same after his last long spell out and it's for the best felor both parties that he moves on and tries to rebuild his career
