I’m gonna be brutally honest. I wanted him here and now I’d drive him back to Bournemouth myself. Absolutely fucking wank.

He physically couldn’t make anymore horrendous decisions if he was trying his hardest. What the fuck does he think he is? Sweeper keeper?

What about the first? Maybe if he didn't dive like his feet are tied together he'd have saved it. Not the first time this season he's let in soft goals he would have saved if he moved his feet before diving.
 



He's ok nothing outstanding, but with our problems in midfield 8 million for a decent keeper and ten on midfielder would have been a better outlay.I think like a few of our signings we've overpaid.It doesn't help when fans wanting signings.! we should have a good championship side to compete..

Who exactly do you think we are? We should have replaced him with a world class keeper then?

Keepers make mistakes, and Ramsdale, who has improvement in him, has made some today. Show me a keeper who doesnt, at any level.
 
He need to take more of a command of his area. Don't think you can really fault him for the first with Bash? almost heading it but the second was his to collect.

You don't think he warrants criticism then? I haven't seen any "pathetic" reactions. He's not been enough. He's made a few good saves, but it's becoming apparent why his clean sheet record at this level is so poor.

Have to agree with this.
For the second, looking at the replays, unless his eyes are like Ben Turpin he couldn’t see the ball or Chilwell watching his head position.
 
Banged on about Ramsdale at length (statistically), there were better, cheaper options abroad. He was a very average premier league keeper. No room for sentiment, unless your an ex player called ramsdale. Saying all that with how bad we have defended not sure a top end keeper would keep a clean sheet either.

The worry is the big money signings seem to be the areas we need improvement in the most
 
John Hope would’ve saved those 2 goals , plus many more this season.Wilder has said in the past,he doesn’t like wasting the club’s money, with RAMSDALE he has.

And we aren’t a very average premier league team?

I wonder who people think we could have signed or attracted?!
 



The point about Ramsdale and Henderson is that young goalies all tend to be crap.

A young goalie that can be considered only average PL standard is like gold dust.
The logic is their value will increase and history says they will improve.

Our transfer policy shows we aren’t paying out big money on older players for the here and now.
We‘re taking calculated gambles...buying young players with high potential...decent for now....but likely to develop into top players in a few year.
Anyone remember Serge Gnabri at Arsenal and WBA he struggled at PL level....however a few years later at Bayern he now looks world class.
