The man needs to go should have never come back id rather go into play offs manager less than with that clown in charge how does cannon ever deserve a start in a game you need to win to even keep any hopes of anything this season it's totally beyond me then 1-0 up against bottom of league and rather than push for more he plays his usual negative stuff then 1-1 and brings another striker on looses all shape and loosing 2-1 before you know it the man obviously must use a random generator to see who he subs on and off because he really has no clue

This could have happened in dozens of games when we've gone in front then tried to defend for 70 minutes instead of keeping up the pace and going for it. We got lucky in most of those games now the law of averages is catching up with us

Our squad is wasted on this style of management and our insistence on playing a league one level centre half at a crucial stage of the season. There is enough quality there, the management is just terrible

We can’t handle possession football and try and sit out a one goal lead for 45 minutes. Seriously. It’s baked into our style of play with Wilder . It won’t change under him unfortunately. He’s done well to get us here but when it matters we fold . It would be a disaster going up with this set up again .

He could pick any formation with the players he's got but plays defensively week in, week out home and away. Absolutely pathetic. Get Wilder gone in the summer. He can't take us any further. He's an egotistical, stubborn narcissist too high on the smell of his own farts to accept blame for anything.

We have had no style all season.
We have had no recognised approach in attack all season.
He had put square pegs in round holes all season (even when he's had everyone available).
He had had no plan B all season.

I genuinely hope the new owners see sense and get rid of him this summer.
