One thing I'll say for Cannon is that he looked considerably better playing for Stoke away at Burnley of all places than he has at any point for us. Looked fairly sharp and capable of getting shots off

I'd be tempted to put Diaz on for Hamer. Let him have a go on his preferred left side. Campbell for Cannon and later Seriki for Clarke.

He won’t take Cannon off. He’s proving a point and showing us who is boss. He might even stick Brewster on just because he can.

I agree it's all about the result. But this performance doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that we'll get anything at Turf Moor. Even playoffs will be a struggle with this football.
