What I don't get is how we could play like this with so much at stake....

The 2nd half has been decent, Oxford have had some fortune, with the ball pinging around their box with last ditch tackles.
However the whole match should have been like this, that 1st half was a disgrace really, thinking they were big time Charlies who didn’t need to try.

Pathetic performance. Yet another chance to create a small gap at the top and they bottle it again. Terrible attitude by every one of those players

Complete and total inability to do the basics.

That is one of the most abject performances I’ve had to witness.

Literally given licence to play attack vs defence for 45 minutes and failed to make the keeper make a single save.

The arrogant little cunts want their wages taking. Turned up thinking being there was enough and completely wasted the first half entirely.

So frustrating, we seem to struggle to know how to break teams down at times.

I’m never a fan of just throwing on a load of attacking players and hopefully for the best. Surely there is something we can do tactically that’s better than that?

Pathetic performance that considering the circumstances.

Wilder will be fucking fuming.

this is Wilders fault. He shat his pants with that initial team selection. Choudhury in midfield caused that lacklustre performance. Second we made that change our performance improved. Too little too late though. Choudhury should be used from the bench to help see games out, not start when we NEEEDED the win.

Very disappointed.

Oxford TBF played well and deserved the win. Well played.

What are you talking about
It's the same team that just put in our best perf of the season

We just cannot cope when teams sit off us. We bemoan our lack of control/possession in games but look what happens when we dictate play

Shite teams like Hull and Oxford take the easiest three points of their season off us

At least we wouldn’t have that worry in the prem but now I’m not even sure we’ll get there anyway

Absolute fucking shite. Wouldn’t have scored if we’d played for a week. No use putting in great performances against the like of playoff chasing Coventry when you’re not going to even turn up against the relegation threatened. Abject from defence, midfield to up front.

You're a miserable bunch ain't you?

Performance today was undoubtedly poor. But this season still has more to give.

Don't forget that the last time we got promoted under Wilder, we gave up that last minute equaliser vs Millwall, and we all thought it was over.

We're still top 2. A big performance vs Millwall in the week and we keep things in our control. We only need to be better than Leeds OR Burnley - not both. If we finish 2nd, I don't really give a shit who finishes 1st.

Neither Burnley or Leeds would be capable of anything that bad. We are undoubtedly worse than both. We'll just have to hope the usual luck returns for the next 3 very winnable games, and get maximum points

His training methods kill technique and composure.

His run run run mentality is killing what is an amazing set of players.

He will be gone if we don’t go up.

Screw me sideways, what a ghastly horrible watch that was.
Took me right back to League 1 days and the constant hoofball we used to play.

A hard, concreted bobbly mess of a pitch in a primitive stadium against an agricultural up and under team.
Well done to Oxford, scrapping for survival. Got the luck of the bounce one time and that was the difference.

All this brought about by a shit, sluggish, half arsed, can't be bothered fucking start to the game

How many more times does Wilder and these clowns have to realise that it is easier to kill a game off after you've started well, than it is to up the tempo when you start slow
100 Likes, bigging up Oxford, bigging up Rowett, shame he can’t big up a few tactics to get one of the best squads in championship to string 2 passes together and play like you’ve not just eaten the whole McDonald’s menu in 30mins

I really suggest you all have a read back at what you are writing/saying. It really is childish, like a kiddy not getting what they want for Christmas. “I’m going to scweeem n scweeem n scweeem until I’m ssssthick” This is going to change week in week out until the end so buckle up. It’s football. We had a good week last week this week we don’t. It was on the cards today, sorry.
