Why ? No need to. We wouldn't have played any better and we had enough room.in the other two standsThat's all.
The attendance could only have been bigger if it was open.
Or if more people had bought tickets in the South Stand and John Street...
Loads of seats available.
That's all.
I agree, then the great unwashed can go back over instead of sitting in front of me smelling of piss and sweat.
Your moaning really spoiled it for me. And yeah. Sorry bout the sweat thing. Shoplifters only had razors and joints of meat.Took my wife tonight as she doesn't get to many games these days. She spent the whole game with a tissue over her nose complaining about the smell of unwashed sweat. I just complained about how shit we were!
Open the kop and shut John street maybe. Can’t have all three open. Hopefully a good tie in the next round fills the ground anyway.
See it as a positive. I once snook a lass on there and fingered her during such a closure.Obviously. But some who didn't turn up might have if the Kop was open. Announcing it won't be open from the start sends out the wrong message.
The did for the game against fener a few years ago. Was a great atmosphere with the south stand and kop full (until the Turks tried to burn the bramall lane stand down)I'd prefer this... but JSS is the family stand, they'd never shut it.

I work full time. I cant afford soap.Let me introduce you one day to a remarkable product called soap!
We managed with a three sides ground before, so why not?Open the kop and shut John street maybe. Can’t have all three open. Hopefully a good tie in the next round fills the ground anyway.
Why would more people turn up if the worst stand was open ? BizarreBecause it would feel like a proper game and not a friendly.
If we want to win a game we shouldn't be closing our Kop when we can get fans on there.
The attendance could only have been bigger if it was open.
And we're rolling in PL money now so expense shouldn't be an issue.

Imagine if we had been attacking an empty kop end on Saturday.

Make her have a shower before you set off next timeover her nose complaining about the smell of unwashed sweat
The only way to deal properly with this issue is to have an olfaction steward on each South Stand turnstile, with responsibility for sniffing each blade entering the ground.
If they gag.....
