managed to get in this morning. Either they fixed summat or last night was down to me having a few sherbets from 5PM.

Can't see anywhere to purchase streaming for pre-season games though on SUTV

edit: just signed out and back in to ensure new password works and took me straight in no password and asking me to update personal details!
 
This smacks of Wilder's mate, Chris Mclure, having had a hand in it. It's no coincidence that this occurs at the same time as the ham fisted media around Sheffield FC's new badge.

US owners with links to Silicon Valley, push an upgrade to the website, but you still manage to lever a dig at Wilder in there.
 
When I logged onto the new ticket website, it logged me in with my daughter's details and doesn't show her season ticket info.
Not like United to get stuff like this wrong.

To be fair first impressions are its naff and worse than the old one, so I doubt anyone from Silicon Valley has been anywhere near this.
 
I didnt get the email asking me to log in neither did any of my family. (From what I gather you should only log in if you get the email thats when they have setup your new account but these emails are not going out)

So I emailed Box Office they sent me a password told me to log on at https://account.sufc.co.uk/ and invalid email or password.

Emailed them back awaiting more info.

So they are struggling with this one! :D
 
Update : They sent me a new password and I am in with everything intact (ooer missus)

Looked to change my password you cant do it in account details so I tried the forgot password option and when you enter your email address to get the code sent to it "Bad Request" :D

'Bad Request' sounds very blunt - a bit like answering 'yes' or 'no' rather than 'yes please' or 'no thanks'.

'Request not recognized' would be less irritating - but then it probably takes up too much space.
 



To all those struggling with the new website, have you tried turning it off and on again? The key thing is to do it in that order, off, then on, or you're fucked.

They had to reset my password again then it worked.

Then I asked about the family and they said click on Create Account and when you enter the details it will link your old to your new one.

That didnt work because it said they already had accounts. So I clicked on Forgot? to reset password, received code via email, entered code from email and then I got into each account added address details and voila accounts appear with history.

Haven't bothered trying to find my history. The loyalty points looked ok (have no reord of them) so I didn't delve any further
 
I'm having a nightmare with it. My email now works for my son and gives him all his info, mine apparently doesn't exist and I cant get in. Spoke to Ticket office at length today, but tried again tonight and still it doesn't work. I've now emailed them and hopefully it will be resolved next week.
 
Anyone else having a problem registering for the app downloaded from Apple?

When registering it won’t proceed further from personal details and password etc because it insists I don’t have an internet connection. Der…..then how did I download the app stupid.

Actually solved my problem the Blades Way. Ignored it by closing the registration page. Hey Presto I’m in. Advice for you Mr Wilder. If there’s an obvious problem, just ignore it.
