Got in on website by changing password and including @ but now can't get in app using same password, surely its the same???

My membership info wasn't there either, emailed and they said its not set up for the new season yet.When I logged onto the new ticket website, it logged me in with my daughter's details and doesn't show her season ticket info.

Looked to change my password you cant do it in account details so I tried the forgot password option and when you enter your email address to get the code sent to it "Bad Request"![]()

'Request not recognized' would be less irritating - but then it probably takes up too much space.

Then I asked about the family and they said click on Create Account and when you enter the details it will link your old to your new one.

That didnt work because it said they already had accounts. So I clicked on Forgot? to reset password, received code via email, entered code from email and then I got into each account added address details and voila accounts appear with
