Ballifield Primary School had a big field and was a regular venue for the schools District Sports heats. I have vague memories of competing in the J3 potato relay qualifiers for Rainbow Forge Junior School.

We did not qualify for the finals.

It certainly did Rev , my old junior school , they were actually Beaver Hill school fields but were used by us
