Not going because i have got too certain age 1 drink and then need a piss every 10 mins by the time i get back to the seat i need to go again .SO on the sofa with a pair of pampers on and feel the warm feeling as we score to make it 4-0
That reminds me of our semi-final against Hull. Old boy next to me missed all three of our goals in answering calls of nature. By the time he was on his way back after the third everyone in the immediate vicinity had noticed.

Rather than sympathy he was met with a firm instruction to f*&% off back there;)

Quite a few had left the stand for a half time pee or pint (take your pick!) when we were given the penalty last night. Don't know if many came back in to see it taken

My brother is a Wednesday season ticket holder and he was allowed up to 6 tickets.
His friends all bought 6 each and my brothers wife and daughter went to Wembley and they rarely ever go to Wednesday matches.

I've no idea what levels they have on different points totals, but like the Blades, and partially down to the EFL rules, they could book one ticket per individual customer number and prioritised by different points levels, then all ST holders, then Members, then non member etc. So anyone bought in the transaction had to match the points and/or status.

Very similar to what we do (depending on where the points level was set).

The 6 per transaction rule, is an EFL rule, as is the selling order and various other little bits.

Pretty sure Wembley also now have designated areas as family, singing, standing etc, but that's in their guidance, not the clubs.

I’m in the same position as the Man City. I want 4 tickets all sat together…..2 are season ticket holders…..1 has been to about 5 matches this season….the other is my wife who has been to no matches this season.

Will be interesting to see if it is possible to buy 4 tickets.
Against Man City in the semi final it was strictly 1 ticket per person whereas Man City were allowed up to 4 tickets per person.
Also Sheff Utd had points restrictions so my wife couldn’t go….this was relaxed about 2 days before the match but it was too late by then.
If we get there you'd hope common sense would prevail, especially if take up isn't going to be that great.

That's what I also thought regarding the EFL rules.. but I don't get why pig fans could take half a family with them on one transaction.

I've decided to go. Though I have had to think about it.

In the end, I remembered that the last time we got to the championship play off final, two years later we were in league 1. For 6 years.

Prem fatigue, promotion indifference..?

These are still the good times. You never know how long it might be until the next championship play off semi final.

The cost, especially if we get to Wembley, is a lot for me, and your average unitedite. So no judgement on anyone who's gonna watch for free on telly.

I am excited that I can make it to the home leg. Day off work to make it happen.

Won't be at Wembley if we make it as its the start of May half term so on holiday

Knowing our ticket office by the time of general sale when anyone can buy a ticket it will be too late for them to organise travel arrangements so a lot just give up trying. I have never known a club make it so hard to buy tickets when there is more available than our average home attendance.

I'm sure lots of people can't go for whatever reason
Do you think I might be aiming my post at them or rather the people who have expressed apathy and negativity in this thread ,there are plenty of them
Until the night of the 24th everyone forget any negativity and get behind the team and coaches

How many clubs have you compared the sales setup with?
You don't have to look far about 4 miles away to see how to shift tickets without fans having to jump through multiple hoops, for example it probably will go along these lines .................. all with one ticket per person.
Day 1 over 60k LP
Day 2 over 50k LP
Day 3 over 40k LP
Day 4 over 30k LP
Day 5 over 20k LP
Day 6 over 10k LP
Day 7 Membership card holders
Day 8 Fans with more than 500 LP
Day 9 Fans with a purchasing history

It's worth remembering that for our most recent Wembley appearance, v Manchester City, Loyalty Points Bands were NOT used to stagger ticket sales. At the initial announcement, there were only three sales windows.

Season Ticket Holders
Members
Purchase History with 500 Points

That's how it should be we really should be able to shift 20k plus ST holder tickets in a few days leaving plenty of time for anyone else to get tickets and make travel arrangements, That said it doesn't help when SUFC don't start to sell tickets until a week after Manchester City did.

Why are the Bramall Lane upper tickets ‘Locked’ surely we haven’t given these to Bristol City.
Agreed - crazy not having them on sale with ability to buy multiple tickets. Only single seats left on South Stand and John street. (not everyone wants to go on cop).

It's the crazy world of the SUFC ticket office why would you want an empty stand or worse still prefer away fans to your own supporters?

Who is it (mainly on twitter) that's in charge of fan relations? It's worth telling him that one ticket per season ticket holder for the final is a joke, and will cost us thousands of empty seats
Bob Dyson apparently.
Roygbiv has already asked him on Twitter about tge tickets, but i will as well. No idea what kind of weight or sway he has with these things.

Very surprised we've not shifted more by now. I did think quite a few may have been holding off in case we were saying 3-0 down after the first leg and what not.

I love this club but we are a weird fan base at times. I don't think any other club would be this slow to sell more tickets in the same scenario. And pricing wise it's not like they are that dear especially on the kop.

Get yerself down there!
We're already 3-0 up for starters!

Do you know how many we've sold now?

I reckon it's about 16/17k so far ... Loads of seats free in the kop, and can still get tickets all of the stands and upper tier not open

Probably end up about 22k there including Bristol unless sales pick up

Do you know how many we've sold now?
This is me guesstimating based on website and seats available.
SS - 7000
JS - 6000
Kop - 8500
Upper Corner - 1900
JS Corner - 500

Maybe around 24k. Plus then the away following which should be just under 3k but I'm sure I saw it was 2k for some reason!?

Sadly for some, it simply isnt possible to attend the game. I think my reason of living 10,000 miles away is the biggest sticking point 🤣
I did have a conversation with the wife that lasted all of 30 seconds.

Me: "Anyway, playoffs coming up. I've priced it up and return flights to go to the semi final would be $3000, ticket and beer money would be about $300. and then if we get to the final it would be about the same again plus about another $1000 for accommodation and more beer in that there London.

Wife: "oh do fuck off!"

Going to let her think about it for an hour or 2 because I need a definitive answer if I'm going as I need to set off tomorrow morning to have a chance of making the game on Monday...........

or maybe I'll just get up at 3am to watch it before I go to work for 12 hours......

I just can't understand why the BLUT has been locked all week we have around 22k ST holders if they all attend we should have 8k tickets left. Closing the BLUT probably with SAG recommendations drops that to 4k left for anyone else who wants to go, there is your reason a ST holder can't buy an extra ticket for say the wife or a young un who has suddenly got the interest to go. All that is left now are single seats RV seats and some on the Cherry st end of the kop. Why does SUFC always shoot themselves in the foot?
