I think if you have had a season ticket and have chosen not to go then you should give your head a wobble unless you have a valid reason

Not going because you cant be bothered is a poor effort

That’s not my point though, I’m going, I wouldn’t not be… but there’s a percentage that apparently don’t feel that way.

We've got a travelodge London Wembley for £170 for 2 sharing. Decent price that is with free cancellation.
Booked "Hampton by Hilton( London Park)" 6 mins drive from Wembley. Was £138 for twin room with Breakfast, on site parking £20,last Thursday.
Free cancellation b4 19th May.
Checked on Sunday price has gone up to £190!

Think this is the beginning of the end for the club unless chris and the lads are mentally resilient enough to do it without the supporters behind them

Once the new investors realise they have been sold. A dud of a club that can't even sell out a play off they will be looking for a way out and we will start to see downsizing and cost cutting

So well done everyone your apathy is killing your club.

Just because we can't attend it doesn't mean we're not fully behind the lads.

Some people can't afford to go and others are in different countries for fucksake.

I'm sure lots of people can't go for whatever reason
Do you think I might be aiming my post at them or rather the people who have expressed apathy and negativity in this thread ,there are plenty of them

I would imagine a lot of people who are actually going will be feeling apathetic.

Do they deserve slagging off as well?

Apathy is king. It felt like the season was over once we'd lost 3 in a week with the familiar sense of playoff dread replaced with can't be arsed instead.
Different for the other three clubs who haven't been in the Prem for a good while or ever.

Done Wycombe a couple of times - great route and station at Wembley is the closest to the stadium I think .

Staying in Watford is no longer a cheap option. Harry Potter World is just around the corner and it is bank holiday weekend. I found the hotels very expensive. There is a Premier Inn at High Wycombe that is very reasonable and it is easy to get from there to Wembley.
I’m booked in there, refundable naturally.

£148 in the Premier Inn Watford Central is pretty cheap for a Saturday down south tbh. There's also plenty of Airbnb's for around the £100 mark. I'd still plump for it over going straight to Wembley just for the quicker serving times at the pubs. I literally can't be arsed queuing for ages for beers now I'm a bit older. Actually I can't be arsed queuing for anything nowadays actually.

Bring positive energy. I live with chronic illness. Going to the match is very demanding these days. If I can go it costs me a lot in energy and commitment. I feel like shit afterwards as it takes it out of me. Not a sob story, just an explanation. I can't understand the almost constant negativity this season. These are days to savour. Winning the Playoffs would be an incredible dream that we'd remember forever. It's time for doubters to become believers and to scare the shit out of Bristol City 2002/3 style. I've seen a lot better teams crumble when we're up for it; so flick that psychological switch, get your tickets if you're able too, and let's take that same energy all the way to a Wembley win.

Looks like if we do make Wembley, it'll be a shit turnout. Expect the tinpot sneers from the Snortbeasts, who of course took 66000.

Last semi final it was a shit show from the ticket office and nothing seems to have changed, until this is resolved we simply won’t sell out like other teams, restricting people to one ticket only, dragging the length of time each group gets to buy the one ticket, other teams like our porcine neighbours never have an issue as they let you buy a ticket for granny from the start , as a club we need to do better

That's not necessarily our fans fault it will be the fucked up way they choose to distribute tickets, for example anyone who wants to be a day tripper won't be allowed a ticket. So will sell it in loyalty points so folk won't be able to buy together etc

They should have a cash out option like the bookies 😄

Its distance for me.

Getting to the airport is too longer a journey, as such I'll be watching it on tv with viaplay.fi

Be careful. You’ll have big Sean Thornton handing you your arse if you keep on posting on here.

Should we get to Wembley loyalty points shouldn't come into it as we will be allocated over 30,000 tickets ......... enough for all regular fans. United should put them on general sale so families can get them on the same day rather than having to wait until the one with the least points is allowed to buy.

It’s a forum.

People have different opinions.

They don’t need someone like you ‘cleaning your clock’ for them.

BTW. I’ll put good money on the fact that whilst you are dishing it out, you are nowhere near Ashton Gate tonight

Again sad act, for someone who reckons he’s under my skin, it’s you following me around the forum. How does that work?

To confuse you even more, someone posts this could be the end due to possible home attendance and you bring up Ashton Gate. Where’s the relevance?

FYI l’ve posted why l don’t get to many away games these days. Briefly though. Unlike your good self and your private life l don’t report daily.

Any more enthralling stories about, say a Morrisons breakfast? 😀

Cost of parking is astronomical as well !

I'm sure a lot of people would change their vote now.
Suspect tonight's comfortable victory will dampen ticket sales even further.

Great position to be in though.
