Penalty for us.....even Mike Dean who watched a replay multiples times on Sky Sports News says it was a definite penalty.

He said the contact started outside the area but the foul continues into the area....so definite penalty.
VAR check takes ages...they ask the ref to come to the monitor and he awards a drop ball?????

Ex ref Mike Dean in the studio can't really understand it.....he thought maybe the ref might give us a free-kick for the foul
because the foul started outside the box....but as it continued inside the box....he said he would have given a penalty.
