Heckingbottom confirmed a couple of days ago that Mousset is available and wants to play, but basically hasn't earned the right.

Well there's not much hope for him if he f--ks this chance up . God knows how fit he would be in 10 years time if he can not make the grade now. Can not understand why we put up with him to be honest. Plenty of bad publicity off the pitch and he is only on the pitch 20% of the time if we are lucky.

He might still come into the fold this season, sounds like Heckingbottom has made a point with him that his fitness needs to be better for consideration.
Issue with him is that if we were to start him he will only last 60mins or so, which means that you have to factor this into consideration. Or he's just a player to bring off the bench.

He was great 1st season up for the 1st half of that season, and I think Wilder expected his fitness levels to improve but they never did.
Didn't he also have some family issues etc too when we were in lockdown?

That picture is deffo a bit of a dig because of the pre-match conference. Not sure this will help his cause.
He's got talent but it's looking like he will just end up leaving come the summer.

On the plus side if we start him and factor in the we have to take him off after 60-70, it means Brewster might get to stay on for the full 90. He'd be better impact sub in place of Brewster than McGoldrick ambling around on his zimmer frame too.

Not sure how anyone can stick up for McBurnie more than Moose, he cost more, contibuted less and somehow is available for selection almost as rarely as Moose is.
