So he isn't fit enough and his attitude isn't great so left out the squad today. What do we do, lets give him a contract extension!! we are turning into a joke of a club with a manager who thinks his has been overpaid players will get him out of he shit again. Time for a manager and ownership change asap.

What has the ownership got to do with Campbells attitude and fitness?

Apart from they gave a contract extension, to the guy who gave him a contract extension, fuck all mate

Players attitude and fitness are solely the responsibility of the manager
Even if his form and fitness is wank, he's an asset. Something we can make money off. Understandable you'd want to keep hold of him

Get him out now!

They could have said no to an extension. We got him for free, let him run down his contract. From Rosen's comments about Wilder running the club from top to bottom, sounds as though they are scared of him because they are novices at running a football club.

But even with his contract, if he hits form somewhere else we've let another asset go. We need to be making money, and if he even brings in a little bit then we should

Yes but that's the risk you take, if he's returned from last season overweight/struggling and showed nothing in the preseason games why should he have an extension? Not knocking Campbell because when he's on it he's been brilliant but for 60 minutes. Bettis at least should have said "hold on" but we know he won't.

when is he going to hit form then? Stoke fans told us about this as did Leeds fans about Bamford

He was crap last season also, surely that should have stopped us giving him an extension.
We could have reviewed it in January

I'll also just stress that this has come from Wilder, who also shat on Brooks and Seriki while constantly playing Choudry and now Shackleton so take it with a pinch of salt

Current Transfermarkt value of 7mil. Half that just due to fitness - but depends on form
Tell me u r joking? Someone is going to pay 3.5m for a fat, slow injury prone player who hasn't s ored since Novemebr and couldn't get a kick v a division two club in the week and got hooked at half time. Which clib have u identified tjst is going to pay him the wages we will be paying and a 3.5 m fee ?

I never said he was worth that. I said thats what Transfermarkt values him at

He cost us nothing and there wasn't a queue of clubs after him when we signed him. So it's not like we're losing out on a transfer fee outlay on him by waiting and seeing how he was performing come December.
