Given a few quotes from Adams recently about not knowing who the "signings" are (the development squad players), how closely is he working with Pemberton in order to make sure that we don't end up in a similar situation next year - loads of loan players and five right backs (Parrino, Kozluk, Lowton, Calve and France).

I'm genuinely hopeful about the future given all the noises about the U18s and the move away from journeymen in the reserves towards young players with potential but they still have to be given opportunities in the first team (which it looks like will happen).

I know he's been the worst signing since John Ebbrell but he is technically a right back. It also explains why we're so short at centre back when we're chucking wages at right backs.
