Management meeting with the prince

From this picture it's entirely reasonably to conclude -

1. There's no huge, novelty sized cheque behind the Prince so that means no funds have been allocated.
2. There's no sign of a laptop running Champ Manager so recruitment isn't being taken seriously.
3. There's no printed screenshots of Gary from Darnall's tweets. So fan input is being ignored. Outrageous. They hate us fans.
4. Wilder nor the Prince is smiling so they definitely hate each other.
5. There's no females present in the picture so the Prince and his crew are going to definitely ban women from being allowed in Bramall Lane.
6. The Prince wants us relegated. You can tell because he's drinking sparkling bottled water the sick b*****d.

If we don't panic now, we'll live to regret it....

Yeah the photo was a setup, what you dont see is after the photo they turn the board round with the real plan and the 20/21 A4 the other side, put away the choccies and get the pie n mash and chip butties out again from under the table.
....and booze!

Also the circles are numbered with the GK numbered 1 - HIGHEST PRIORITY. This suggests they know Hendo can't be signed.

Why does it suggest that? Does it not just suggest that we're going to need a new keeper when Henderson's loan expires? (Which may or may not be Henderson)

This should never have reached the public domain 🤬

Think that's a bit of an overreaction.

If (big if) this is what we're looking for next summer than I'm slightly dissapointed we sticking to a flat 3 when we will be slightly better off from the experience and know what to expect ( nothing overly daunting)

You're disappointed that were going to persist with a formation that currently sees us in the top 6 of the PL?

So there’s dots and numbers, nobody knows what the fuck they represent, but nevertheless some are prepared to believe Basham and Norwood are on their way out?

Can't see one poster suggest that Basham or Norwood are on the way out.
Just because we're signing another player in that position, doesn't mean the current starter is being discarded.

Indeed. I'm not saying it's the wrong decision.. let's make that clear.

I'm merely stating that i was personally hoping next season we may play with a number 10 and dissapointed that looks like we might not be. Nothing wrong with that is there?

‘‘Twas always an inevitability that old Father Time would creep up and the likes of LC and BS would be managed out,

The pisser in all of this is who has been brought in to ultimately displace.

Bloody luv this.... in this day and age what manager gets this much control of the clubs budget and say What he wants...the owners absolutely realise we would not be in this position without the manager and Knill, Wilder has made the owners VERY wealthy, and as long as we’re all in this together and they invest in whatwhat wilder wants then its alll gravy........if they dont then it’s down hill history tells us this....we are n the verge of greatness.....DO NOT underestimate this...the new owners know this, Wilder goes and we’re fucked SIMPLE AS THAT.........PRINCE READ IT AND WEEP!!

I'd agree with you that Wilder has completely turned the club around and made it into a profitable money-spinning business rather than one which was leaking money at quite a rate before he came. And I'm sure the new owners (whoever they will turn out to be ;)) will know this. They'd be unfit to own the club if they didn't. However, I'd like to think there is life beyond Wilder when it eventually comes to it. I'm dreading the day that he decides to move on, but it's bound to happen at some point, (and my guess is he'll not leave us for another club, but he'll get the England job). The best thing the board can do is back him fully whilst he's here and start putting together a long-term plan to keep us successful when he's gone.

We may still play with a number 10. We have L Freeman after all.

But why would you want us to play with a number 10, when the flat 3 is so successful?

Who’s been brought into replace them?

Who’s been brought into replace them?
The 3 new strikers.

As things stand that is.

No problems with the gaffer looking for continuous improvements to the squad. It’s the Tufty way. And in other areas of the pitch, he has genuinely pulled rabbits out of hats.

My concern would be that his recruitment at the top end of the pitch has been, putting it mildly, questionable to date in the 3 years he has been here.

Shred never had a notepad it was the back of fag packet or beermat or any piece of random paper he could get his hands on.:)

On the back of 2 promotions and currently 5th in premiership that's a bit strong.Wilder will I'm sure have his disappointments but that's harsh especially with the limits on funds.
Its evolution not revolution within the squad and whether that means 3 at the back ! 4 at the back or overlapping centre backs ! CWAK will try to make us stronger , gets harder the way we travel but what a ride we're having.
Watched the Blades for 65 + years and never been more excited with the way things are going as I said it gets harder and in the past we have thrown good positions away.CWAK are at the helm fueled hopefully by the prince ? or who ? ,decision time for the owners.

Bash, the good old loyal chocolate Labrador, picks up his ball, and ambles arthriticically, tail wagging, into the kitchen to see what the noise is all about. And finds his owners excitedly choosing a name for the new puppy. 😢

No room for sentiment in this game. Continue to evolve or end up back down the league's I'm afraid. As much a part of our success he has been, we can't not look to improve. He has done well both financially and career wise from coming on this journey with us.

6 pages of conjecture. Nothing more, nothing less.

Really? I think you’ve got a bit of selective memory here. Was his signing of Leon Clarke questionable? How about David McGoldrick? Both barely cost a thing. And more recently Mousset already looks like a good bit of business. The jury is still out on McBurnie and Robinson but, like Mousset, they’re young and being given their first proper crack at Premier League.

What’s he messed up? James Wilson on loan?

Ben Woodburn, Kieran Dowell?

Dowell was fine and played his part in our promotion. He also allowed us to rotate and keep Duffy fresh and hungry.
True. And I will always be grateful to him for his goal against West Brom at the back end of last season, but his languid approach didn't seem to fit in with our style. He is on loan currently at Derby and doesn't play regularly for a struggling side. Wilder hasn't "messed up" a lot, and while there are more successes than failures, I will be happy.

He has definitely found his level in the Champ. Good luck to the lad and all that, but as you say he was never going to be good enough to move up with us.

I mean there is nothing more on show here than there was in the Bleacher Report deadline day video Chris and the club did a couple of years ago

Don't be an idiot. Look at the overwhelming amount of negative interpretation you can create.

We're doomed.

The money tree was brought in and asked to give a presentation for both January and the summer

Is the the money tree with transfer fee money on or the other one for wages and running costs? They come out of a different pot don’t they?!
