Early symptoms of the Kabba Syndrome here.
I think that's unfair. He adds qualities we haven't displayed this season yet. Sadly I don't think we'll ever see him turning out more than 60 minutes a game, for more than about 10-15 times a season.

His light shone brightly for a few weeks last year, since then next to nothing.

£10m and upwards of 20 grand a week, that's not what Bert sees as good value.

Agree.

Burke and Balock are the only 2 players that offer any kind of pace. Unfortunately Burke hasn't got himself into a proper scoring position yet.

Thats a good question actually, how long was Moose in form for? Or better still, how many games was he good/brilliant in?

I'd say between Everton and Wolves games in the Autumn - coincided with our best performances of the season

Mousset is probably the most frustrating player I’ve ever seen play for us, he has every physical attribute to be a top Premiership striker, but the longer he’s with us, the more apparent it becomes, that he has too few of the mental attributes required. Consequently, I expect that he’ll not be fit for selection until next season.

However, as far as his fee and wages are concerned, I think he cleared that debt last season and has been decent value for money, when compared to some of our other acquisitions.

Not just the physical attributes, like Oli Burke.

Mousset also has a good touch, makes good decisions with the ball & is composed in front of goal. He could be a really special player if he could be arsed.

Sadly, I think Bert is on the money.
We miss the October/November 2019 version of Lys Mousset. Most teams in the league could do with one of those.
But, outside of that period, he offered little.

If he were here now, my guess is that he'd be making cameo appearances from the bench & being criticised for lack of effort.

Saw Mousset last week driving down Abbeydale Road. Heard him first, then spotted the bright orange Lambourghini revving its way past the bottom of Carter Knowle Road.

I thought given the extent of his injury, he'd still been unable to drive? Didn't he have a cast on?

That's around £1.8m a goal last year. He still owes in Bert's book.

It's his toe he hurt not his entire leg. 😄

Keep seeing him go past my flat in his lambo on baslow road, still not hit it yet with one of mi empty peroni bottles.....only so he can drop them in bottle bank at tesco's.....

One of those parked up outside The Broadfield yesterday.
Never occured to me it could be Moose popping in for a pint.

I saw him the other day but it was someone else driving him, possibly his brother.

You use your feet to press the pedals though, not your leg. So if your toe is severely injured, I’d have thought this task would be painful.
Do you think it might be an automatic?

These used to be lined up infront of the free stand ,at the Sty , looked ever so strange , no health and safety at that place back then , or in 1989 for that matter
