Not like you to give us positive news!Refused to match his 12k per week demands and will sign for Middlesbrough
Has the close season bed wetting started early? Our season hasn’t finished and we have missed out on 1 already.
We are amazing at this.
Been going on for nearly a yearHas the close season bed wetting started early?
You think he is a good player? It is all in your head! Our season hasn’t finished and we have missed out on 1 already.

9 assists in 33 games I think it is. Some of the best stats in the championship and a free. You think he is a good player? It is all in your head!
Hardly a free. There’s no such thing. The reason players run their contracts down is so they & their agents pocket huge signing on fees. The money goes to them instead of the selling club, usually staged over the period of the contract similarly to transfer payments.9 assists in 33 games I think it is. Some of the best stats in the championship and a free.
Not good enough for a club who has failed to get automatic promotion9 assists in 33 games I think it is. Some of the best stats in the championship and a free.
But it’s all in my head![]()
It could just be a purple patch or playing for a contract.9 assists in 33 games I think it is. Some of the best stats in the championship and a free.

We already have better in Bogle. That's assuming he's staying on a one year option I'd assume.A page back I was convinced he was an interesting target.
Now we’ve started rounding on the geriatric let’s move on to better!
I like your new transfer policy. Not good enough for a club who has failed to get automatic promotion
Good!I like your new transfer policy.
Not good enough for a club who has failed to get automatic promotion
That isn't what I said. Not worth paying big bucks to a 33 year old who will be of no value at the end of the contract. Leeds, who failed to go up automatically, rightly decided that Ayling isn't good enough to be in a squad fighting for promotion. Boro, who you thought were certs to go up last year, have decided to sign a lower Championship standard right back on big wages. So we should only be targeting players that played regularly for Leicester & Ipswich?
