I could see United agreeing to 25% of his Gross salary, so probably £50k a week.

Cant imagine there is much of a loan fee as MCFC will just want him out and getting fitness so maybe 17 weeks x 50k so probably less than a million quid all in. Not a bad deal if he can contribute.
