Yet we've turned down a multi-million pound bid for Jebbo.
Not many of the U23 games were streamed. From what I saw Ndiaye look a good player, Brunt was my MOM in one and Seriki was excellent. In one game (QPR?) Ndiaye was subbed after he was lucky not to get sent off.

Im gonna see your 10 starts and raise ya to 15 in the remaining 41 league games. Plus another 10 or so sub appearances

You need to watch some more games then. Was our top scorer and wasn't even playing as an out and out striker
 
If he turns out to be any good he'll be sold. At least now we may get a decent fee.

At 21 no one in the prem would go in for him until he’s played a few games. Watch by January he’ll be linked with moves away. I’m not hating on jebbison as he’ll be some player but right now I’d be inclined to suggest Ndiaye would offer us more

I’m not being negative at all. I’m delighted he’s been tied down and cannot wait to see him given a run in the first team. I just think particular elements of this new deal could have been handled better by people high up in the club. If you think he’s going to be a star, give him the deal and let him do his talking on the pitch.

You’re interpreting my opinion (and others) as negative and labelling me (and others) a different breed. That says more about you than anyone else.

Maybe they’re scared off by the route that he has taken and fear that it will be hard to fit him into a system. Jebbison is far more traditional in every sense and they can see the potential and have time to work on him. Ndiaye at 21 and played 20 minutes of professional football is a bigger risk
 
Get him in the side he can't be any worse than brewster
 
Sure his dad is telling him one day your dream of scoring in front the Kop at BDTBL will come true.
 

To be fair, Liverpool spent years using Brewster as there poster boy. It caused us to spend a few Bob. So even if this guy doesn’t make it we are doing a great job of hyping him up

Give him a chance. Only way to find out. Might turn out to be a reight player. Think we might find out soon enough. Someone, sometime has to start creating chances and scoring goals don't they !!!
 
When was the last time there was this much hype around an academy player?

Maybe its through desperation, but this kid seems to have a lot of pressure on his shoulders already.

Imagine the outcry on here if the boy had turned in a performance like that when his contract was due to expire at the end of the season. 😂

Smart move by the club? I think so. Clearly they knew what a talent he was.
