How else could he respond ¡ all players get stick from time to time it's the ones who go into there she'll that cost you , he's an experienced player and probably able to rise above it .Must be tough though when you can feel a sense of fear creeping into the team,usually generated by the fans , this is where mental strength kicks in ( bottle )let's show that from the stands as well no doubt anxiety spreads to the players

He is very good (and certainly good enough for top end Championship). Look at our upturn in performances from Norwich home game onwards. However, his game is passing and if the team as a whole are not playing well, then the passing options available to him are reduced. Of all the people to scapegoat, Ollie isn’t one. Always brave in possession, never hides away.
He’s clearly being diplomatic in this interview - holding back from openly criticising the fans (who have undoubtedly contributed to a nervy atmosphere in recent weeks). The players are bound to sense that on the pitch and it will affect their performances. Just as we can have a positive influence when we rally behind them, I’m sure we have a detrimental effect when a nervy, anxious atmosphere is created.
P.s. I don’t blame the fans - the Blades’ pessimism comes from a lifetime of experience and emotional conditioning - good things rarely happen to us - we’d be as deluded as our simpleton neighbours if we believed otherwise However, if anyone can chip away at this notion, it’s Mr Wilder - he’s done a damn good job so far!
