If our "system" can't accommodate Hamer, and it looks to be the case, then why the fuck did we appoint a manager who almost uniquely wouldn't be able to accommodate our best player? Yet more fantastic joined up thinking from these fools in charge

We look to be going mad with the signings and giving it a fair go but it is very scattergun, I struggle to see any cohesive unit emerging from the very random mix of players we're assembling and if we do sell Hamer in addition to the others it's very hard not to think we're entering a chaotic downward spiral

I keep arguing with my Cov mates (who say Hamer should be in the premier league) that he's not fit enough nor displays athletic attributes for a prem player. Premier league players don't drink pints & shots midweek, they're athletes, on another fitness level, plain and simple.

Will be sad to see him go but if we get near 20m for him then fair play and decent business.

Solomon in on loan and borrow against this "future obligation" money and take Rudoni.

Except he'll only have 12 months left on his contract. If we could get £20m for him id be tempted but I dont think we will and nowadays you dont get much for £5 - £10m so who would we replace him with?

Forgive the flawed analogy but when Rolf Harris was famed for painting and not being a nonce, he’d be painting away and you’d have no idea what it was.
