Make of that what you will...bet we would have signed James given a chance also!!!

He was sent off 12 times in his career, as well as holding the record for the quickest ever booking in a football match, being booked after just three seconds for a foul on the opposition player Dane Whitehouse in a F.A. Cup tie between Chelsea and Sheffield United in 1992

He was booked while playing for us in 5 seconds against Manchester City, then sent off in the second half (~50 mins)!

I played alongside Lee Hendrie very recently in a charity match.

I have to say he was good fun and very happy to chat with everyone. I don't know what I was expecting really and I suppose he was hardly going to turn up with some party powder and a hooker on each arm but he seemed very genuine and good natured.
