Taking the fact this is from a newpaper claiming he's staying on face value, it seems if we're likely to land Brewster we get to leave Dennis until January or the summer, having already spoken to him and his representatives. We can see how he continues to progress in the next few months, stay in touch with him and if we're still interested we can move on him when he's closer to being into the last year of his contract which keeps his price down. Win/Win, with the only risk being someone else could come in if he does well, but we've got the inside track to that's upto us if we decide to go head to head.
