Egan 1 game ban

Automatic 1 game ban for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity. Wouldn’t be surprised if an FA disciplinary committee extended it to 3.

To be honest in this case i think if it was 3 we have been let off lightly.
How ?

I don’t understand why Egan gets a red for handball whilst Elliott for them 5 mins later doesn’t even get a yellow

Jesus christ, people are supposed to know about football.

3 match ban, give your heads a wobble. You only get 3 for a leg breaking assault.

It's 1 match ban, end of.

Both commentators on RS inc. Gagey were saying 3, talk about not knowing the rules on what you’re supposed to be “expert” in.

It's a one match ban.

The double jeopardy rule only applies to a genuine attempt to win the ball.

Cynically hack down a striker in the area with no attempt to win the ball as he's about to score, or deliberate handball, and double jeopardy does not apply...

How can so many people be so wrong about this so often? Hot on the heels of Leeds' 'keeper's red as well.

Fuck knows. I wasn’t sure but it literally took me 30 secs to verify.

People prioritise being first these days rather than being right.

What do you mean! "Let off lightly : if the laws say one match ban one match it is .Strange statement for a blade to make.

For being cheats b*****ds pretty sure Suarez got a 3 game ban when he did it vs Ghana.
So I take it you want a 3 game ban?.As I said before strange thing for a blade to say.
Professional football is not like playing in the park.
If you asked a pro if they would do the same under similar circumstances 99 out of 100 would do the same, the one who wouldnt probably would get trashed by his team mates.

For about 9 mins it was looking like the right decision.

Where the ref got 5 mins stoppage time from I have no idea.
