Disgrace - how low we have sunk šŸ˜ž

SUFC, as a club, seem unable to reset. We have a default setting of up and at em, never say die, 100% effort football. Which is great but without some skill, quality, pace and youth is pointless. You more or less get what we are watching now.
I would kill for 100% effort up and at ā€˜em football right now.

Iā€™m up for a reset. Iā€™m not up for going to League One but I wouldnā€™t mind languishing and quietly rebuilding in the champ minus Norwood, Baldock, Fleck, Basham, Egan and any of the ā€œold guardā€ / theyā€™ve served us well but we need a new culture and a new identity.

Blood some youth and make some shrewd ball playing signings for once. Oh and a decent striker although would be happy with Archer at Champ level.

Called out as a disgrace on national TV by Shearer (MOTD) šŸ˜ž.

How low has the Prince let us sink . He is the club owner and leader , and we are a total laughing stock .

He has to do something - if not he deserves all the s - h - I - t that will come his way .

No one - but no one , would let us rot like this .

Prince - stand up ffs

Hold on a minuteā€¦..if the fan base was in charge then theyā€™d have kept Hecky.

Itā€™s only in the last few days the fan base has seen the light and realised that although heā€™s been dealt a bad hand, Hecky is still massively underperforming.

Wilder didnā€™t have a plan B where as Hecky doesnā€™t even have a plan A, so the players all look lost.

32k home support and potentially much much much bigger
Luton 10k home support
Bournemouth 10k home support
Burnley 17k home support
Where the fuk has our money gone ????
We sell player after player

Thats just a cliche and relates to past decades.

Where as over the past few years weā€™ve hardly sold anyone, kept all our best players and turned down low ish bids, thatā€™s why we were in financial trouble last season.

Although a big support and potentially even bigger support is nice, it does not make one jot of difference.
Paying Premier League wages and therefore getting Premier League players does.

This club will always try to do everything on the cheap, Championship and League One players whilst in the Prem, and League One and League Two players in the Championship.
All fired up by a monster of a manager who gets 150% out of them by constantly being on their case.
The screaming monster of a manager has to be on their cases constantly because they can't be trusted to work hard on their own.

When you add in a total and complete lack of any footballing ability whatsoever because this club doesn't believe it needs any, you're only heading one way.

They have to be bollocked into working harder than other teams to drag a few results out now and then because they can't football a few good results together.

FA Cup soon, I hope we get a Championship club at home and they absolutely fucking dick us, maybe then something will be done to at least become competitive next season.

Statistically, this is our 3rd best season since the mid 1990s.

Only Wilder 1st prem year and Warnock have done better
thats made me feel much much better

I appreciate you are angry but that is a ridiculous assessment of the club.

In the past two seasons under this manager we won many games, getting 91 points last for example. Players like Ndayie, Gibbs-White and McAtee playing great football at times.

Oooooo
That's three, two of which weren't our players, and the one that was has gone as soon as he got the chance.

We sell player after player
We don't sell player after player and that's the issue. We have made huge losses on the last four seasons of transfers. These figures aren't accurate, so go with it.

Jagielka - free signing, released
Morrison - free signing, released
Rodwell - free signing, released
C Robinson - Ā£8mil, swapped for Oli Burke
Freeman - Ā£6mil, released
Mousset - Ā£10mil, released
Osborn - Ā£3mil, out of contract
Verrips - free signing, released
McBurnie - Ā£17mil, out of contract
J Robinson - Ā£6mil, still under contract
Berge - Ā£24mil?, sold at a loss
Ndiaye - fee unknown, sold for Ā£20mil?

Ramsdale - Ā£18mil, sold for Ā£24mil
Burke - swapped for C Robinson, released
Foderingham - free transfer, out of contract
Lopata - free transfer, sold for less than Ā£500k
Lowe/Bogle - Ā£6mil, out of contract
Coulibaly - fee unknown, out of contract
Brewster - Ā£24mil, still under contract

Guediora - free transfer, released
Davies - Ā£250k, out of contract

Ahmedhodzic - Ā£4mil, still under contract

You look back on this and add to the list all of the Wilder old guard still here who no one else wants, it's shambolic what money we've wasted on players over the last four seasons before this season's horror show.

We've also relied far too heavily on loan signings leaving us desperately short on players when they went back to their parent clubs, resulting in the Wilder old guard being given new deals.

Just about a month ago we beat Wolves with a last second penalty. The roof nearly came off the stadium. The players finally looked "up for it".
WTF has happened? Surely that Wolves result should have given them a boost? Do they not want us to go home happy?

Players like Anel, an up and coming crowd favourite now seemingly "phoning it in".
Summat has gone desperately wrong.
