It is described as a cash gift of £1.25m each. Please explain in layman’s terms why that would reduce the price by that much. That seems to be a fixed valuation. Are you saying if we go up, that £5m will increase because the equity would be worth a lot more?
You also omitted to mention that the £5m
is dependent on Prince buying the ground and other assets. Subject to the court case, of course.

Badly worded on my part. Net proceeds rather than”price”. Instead of getting £5m KMc ends up with just £3.75.
In layman’s terms, £5m - £1.25m = £3.75m. Kev is worse off.
Gift, equity, it’s a write off.
What the ground has to do with a simple arithmertical issue I have no idea. It’s stand alone point. If he gifts the money and the Prince takes over he’s£1.25m light. I’m no investment advisor but .....
