I don’t really get the negativity towards Darren.

I’ve interacted with him and he seems a reasonable fellow.

He’s shared plenty of info that has been seen as insightful and it’s all pretty harmless. I don’t believe he’s ever revealed anything to a degree that it has jeopardises anything at all.

His explanation of the accounts is handy to a layman even if others in the field may have slightly different views.

It all just gets back to the Ricky Gervais guitar lessons sketch. If interacting with him or viewing his feed isn’t for you, then leave it.

Far too much in life to stress about than folk posting on twitter…

For those against him, I wouldn't expect details on transfer targets etc. to be shared by the new ownership via any official routes - if anything, I'd expect communication on such things to reduce, unless the other leaks remain employed by the club

I don't know how telling any old fucker on X who we're trying to sign and how much we're trying to sign them for is helpful in any way.

Both Heckingbottom and Wilder have said as much yet he carried on tweeting. He was getting so much attention online and clearly couldn't stop once he'd got a taste for it.

Still, I don't blame him so much. It's more the fact that the Prince decided to share insider club info in this way. By sharing it with his accountant mate in Spain so he could share it on X. Totally embarrassing.
