It's a long, long, tiring and arduous trip down to Selhurst Park, even more so with the £30 ticket price and also the fact we haven't won away since December 2006. Can we FINALLY get an away win in 2007? Will Beattie continue his good form? And will we cope with Paul Ifill, the man who scored one of our goals against Palace during the promotion season?

Selhust Park is the scene of my first ever away game 2 years ago, still have good memories of that day, hoping it still leaves me with good memories this weekend.

Frankly I have no idea on what our side should be because I've missed the last 2 games against Wolves and not being able to get to Blackpool.

i said before the blackpool match that 4points would be good from our next 2 games and i still stick by that.
im not going to palace now as it is just too dear

Lets just hope it's a fair showing for a £55 journey!!

i hate it when people say not won away for a long time, do people forget we were playing good teams last year/season!?

Not saying that we shouldn't have won away by now though..lol

Hopefully get a win seeing what i can do i will no by friday if i am going down :)

I think it will be another score draw on Saturday, 2 points out of the 2 away games we've had would be a decent return.

I'm not sure if he'll bring Cahill in straight away, I suppose it depends on how he goes in training but if he settles in well I would imagine he'll play alongside Morgan.

1-1, Ifill is bound to score, and I think Stead will score for us.

he's rated as doubtful after picking up a knock however

it is indeed 150.

I will agree there.

1-1

Although it doesn't look like Ifill will play as he has a hamstring injury.

I've not been today, but I'm heavily disappointed with our away form this season. We are meant to be title contenders, but nothing so far has made me think we are even close to being so

fuck's sake, can't we play a full ninety minutes, promotion contenders my arse, we need to buck our ideas quick. Lost too many points already from late goals.

was the left and right hand sides faults for the first 2 goals.

First goal Naysmith was pulled too far into the middle and gave their player too much time to shoot.

Second one Armstrong wasn't anywhere near his man......but what pissed me off with this goal most was the player was running at bromby down their left and played the ball past him to the other guy overlapping. You would expect it to be Gillespie tracking back there - but it was Beattie who fucking followed him back to try and block the cross out....he shouldn't have to be doing that!

Though Cahill had a good game! Made some good tackles and really good blocks.

Stead showed some good play and put some good balls into box aswell as a decent effort on goal.

Wouldn't say Beattie had a particularly good game but he scored still!!

It's not the defence's fault for us conceding so many goals in my opinion. It's the midfield.

They don't protect the defence enough, and they don't support the attack, what do they actually do?

We need a midfielder fast if we are to improve.

Oh and by the way, it was never a fucking penalty in a million years :rant::rant:
