Could Sean Bean be our most famous supporter?

I remember when we first went into the Premier league, the sun newspaper ran a feature on which current pop star supported each Premier league club, so sat at work waiting with baited breath for it to be Sheff United's turn, I followed the story, expecting Paul Heaton, or Joe Elliott

They proclaimed Prince B the singer from PM Dawn (set adrift on memory bliss - I shit u not) the top blade out there in pop world, anybody else never see him at the lane?

Edit the moretti is good.. But I shit u not.. 😂😂

Brian Blessed must be in contention for Biggest Blade - big man, big voice.
In 1975 he was in a series called Survivors. Played the part of a local gang leader and his home was a disused railway coach. In it there was a display of Blades paraphernalia including, IIRC a newspaper picture of Tony Currie.

I'm guessing flea wouldn't have a clue were Bramall Lane is ....
And the Beast has probably never put his hand in his pocket to buy a ticket to watch United .
My vote goes to Shred .
We need to stop claiming some of these non entity's as " on of our own "

My daughter went to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers at West Ham's ground last night and during the set, he shouted "The best thing about the UK is Sheffield United. Up The Blades, you motherfuckers!!"

It was met by a chorus of boos apparently....

No one likes us…….
