Never have I said that signing for a PL team should automatically be everyone's number one priority. If you actually bothered to read what I said then you'd notice that I said "Different players value different things", and it's quite evident that plenty of players DO put a lot of weight behind playing in the PL, that's not something that people have just made up.

I've just watched everyone of Akpoms goals from last season and every one of Archers goals from his time at Preston and Boro and even though Akpom scored 28 or whatever I still want Archer more.

I've just watched every goal of Archers career on YouTube and I'd go as far as to say he's far more of an Ndiaye replacement than Akpom and I'll be over the moon if we can convince Villa to sell him to us.

Strong, Quick feet, tricky, fast, can finish. Many of his goals he creates himself. We need that so much.

If we can get him for anything under £20m even with a buyback that's an extra 10million, I say we have to get it done.

I don't want Akpom but I wouldn't have be annoyed if we'd signed him but to me Archer is another level and his potential is unreal.
