Will the 93 day ruling have to include the number of days he was on loan to us last December?
i think your right silent with it being classed as an emergency loan the first 28 days counts towards the 93.If he had come within the jan window we could have took him for the rest of the season so he can come for 65 days if brighton are willing but not just yet as it would,nt take in the play offs we definately need some presence up front as at this rate done will be knackered with the effort he is having to put in.

If right and he's Clough's man then we won't see him for another month then.

C.O'G came on after 81 minutes tonight. £2m for a full back? Surely £4m for a substitute striker then! Money no object for our Nigel who gets what he wants - quite right.

Rumoured to have put in a bid to sign him permanently. I have no source just that a mate told me.

I would like Davies as well ,Davies ,Done and Ogrady would be brilliant in this league.

Davies has today been released by Blackpool, so perhaps there might be movement on that one soon.
That really could be some strike partnerships. Those who noticed the understanding that Davies and Done had developing would be really exited (like me) and then the option that O G gives would frighten a lot in this league.

Now that would be a nice forward line to rotate

No need to rotate against weaker teams, if we have a strong middle of the park, play Davies and O'Grady up front, Murphy and Done coming in from the flanks, Basham and one other in the middle to stop any counter, two nasty defenders behind them. We would be scoring 4 or 5 week in, week out with that line up.

That team would concede too often, Basham is useless in a two-man central midfield. So we might score 5 like against Swindon, but we'd probably concede 5, like against Swindon. If Basham is in midfield it has to be in a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3, so less room for strikers.

Theres no use picking an 11 man team ,we have to have a fluid squad and change things regularly as tactics ,injuries ,suspensions and lack of form will dictate.

From DAVE78 posted on the 16th

"Number one striker target this summer. Bid on the table."

"O Grady is our number one STRIKER target, centre halves remain the main target, and the two players you mention Mr Mullet, are very much on the radar, although Buxton is 1 year into a 3 year deal at Derby, and Wigan are also targeting Pearce. McFadzean at Mk Dons is another mentioned."

We need to turn up against weaker teams
